Jjamppong had 4,000 milligrams of sodium per 1,000 grams, twice the World Health Organization’s (WHO) daily recommended intake.Chinese-style noodles were second, containing 3,396 milligrams of sodium. “Ganjang gejang,” crab marinated in soy sauce, was next with 3,221 milligrams.The report also revealed which foods have the most calories.Suyuk, boiled and sliced pork, was first with 1206 kilocalories per 300 grams. Gamjatang, or pork-bone potato stew, was second with 960 kilocalories per 900 grams. Grilled marinated rib followed with 941 kilocalories per 350 grams.
