A man in Seoul has been arrested for allegedly killing his neighbor over a blaring TV.
The man, surnamed Park, 50, is suspected of beating the victim, surnamed Cho, 50, to death, Seoul Gangbuk police said Thursday.
They said Park shouted “turn down the volume” before breaking into Cho’s house. Park then allegedly beat the victim’s chest and head. When Cho fell down, Park trampled him to death, police said.
Police arrested Park after analyzing surveillance footage that allegedly showed him climbing the wall of Cho’s house.
But police said Park had not intended to kill Cho.
