NK suggests additional nuke tests if U.S. reacts with hostility

North Korea warned Tuesday that it would carry out more nuclear tests if the United States moves to penalize the country for its latest atomic blast.   In a statement issued in the name of an unidentified foreign ministry spokesman, the North claimed that its third nuclear test Tuesday was a self-protective move to counter Washington's "hostility."   The latest test, the statement said, demonstrated the North's resolve to never allow its sovereign right to launch satellites into space to be compromised. Pyongyang has consistently said it would conduct a nuclear test of "high level" after the U.N. Security council passed a resolution on Jan. 23 (Korea time) condemning the launch of the long-range Unha-3 rocket in mid-December. The statement said North Korea has no reason to conduct another nuclear test, but insisted that Tuesday's detonation was designed to "show the rage of the military and the people against the criminal hostility displayed by the United States," and to highlight the "songun" or the military-first spirit and capabilities of the country.

S. Korea's jobless rate stands at 3.4 pct in Jan.: gov't report

South Korea's jobless rate rose above 3 percent in January for the first time in five months, but job growth quickened thanks in part to a hike in the manufacturing sector, a government report showed Wednesday.   According to the report by Statistics Korea, the jobless rate stood at 3.4 percent last month, up from the previous month's 2.9 percent. The rate rose above 3 percent for the first time since August.   Job creation, however, accelerated. About 322,000 jobs were created last month compared with a year earlier, up from 277,000 jobs registered in December, the report showed.   "Despite decreases in the wholesale, retail and construction sectors, increasing jobs available in manufacturing, and the health and social welfare service areas brought the on-year job creation figure back to the 300,000 range," the agency said.

North Korea is believed to have conducted its third nuclear test

North Korea is believed to have conducted its third nuclear test on Tuesday, South Korean officials said, after an artificial quake across the heavily armed border strongly suggested that Pyongyang had exploded a nuclear device.   A magnitude-5.0 tremor occurred at 11:58 a.m. and was centered in Kilju County in North Korea's northeast, where the country's Punggye-ri underground nuclear test site is located, officials said.   North Korea gave advance notice to the United States and China on Monday that it was going to conduct a nuclear test, officials said.   "A series of signs have been detected since yesterday that showed North Korea was going to go ahead with a nuclear test," the official said. "There have been past cases where North Korea gave advance notice to the U.S. and China before a nuclear test."   North Korea's state media have not release any comment yet.   The suspected blast, if confirmed, would mark the North's third nuclear test.   Pyongyang conducted its first nuclear test in 2006 and the second one in 2009.

The age at which they have sexual intercourse was getting younger: 14.2 in 2006, 14 in 2007 and 13.6 in 2011. Consequently, the study stressed the importance of sex education. “simulation doll”, a recent hit in the U.S. market, is to explain the consequences of sex, which is having babies. It is done so without nagging words from the parents or teachers. This $1,000 (1.1million won) doll needs every care just like a real baby.
