육군본부 국정감사…북핵·WMD 제압 '5대 게임 체인저' 개념 첫 제시'드론 전투단' 편성 추진…공지기동부대·특수임무여단도 계획 육군은 한반도에서 전면전이 발발하면 개전 초기 먼저 미사일 3종을 동원해 북한 핵과 미사일 시설, 장사정포 진지를 초토화하는 작전개념을 수립하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.특히 킬체인과 대량응징보복(KMPR) 작전을 선도적으로 수행하는 지상작전 개념 구현을 위한 '5대 게임 체인저' 개념을 처음 제시했다.육군은 19일 충남 계룡대 육군본부에서 진행된 국회 국방위원회 국정감사 업무보고에서 "개전 초 북한 핵과 WMD(대량살상무기)를 제압하고 피해 최소화 및 전쟁종결 가능한 지상작전 수행개념을 발전시킬 것"이라며 "이를 통해 감내할 수 없는 위협인 북한의 핵과 미사일, 장사포를 개전 초 단시간 내 무력화하는데 결정적으로 기여할 것"이라고 밝혔다.그러면서 "신속 공세기동으로 적의 종심을 마비시키고 조기에 작전을 끝낼 수 있는 한국적 공지(空地) 전투 수행 방안을 마련할 것"이라고 설명했다.김용우 육군참모총장은 이런 지상작전 수행개념 구현을 위한 '5대 게임 체인저' 개념을 처음 제시했다.북한의 비대칭 위협에 대응해 전시 국민 피해를 최소화하고 최단시간 내 전쟁을 승리로 이끄는 지상작전 수행개념인 5대 게임 체인저는 ▲ 전천후·초정밀·고위력 미사일 3종 ▲ 공지기동부대 ▲ 특수임무여단 ▲ 드론봇 전투체계 ▲ 개인 첨단전투체계(일명 워리어 플랫폼) 등이 핵심 구성요소이다.우선 개전 초기 전술지대지 미사일(KTSSM)과 현무-2·현무-4(가칭) 등 3종류의 탄도미사일로 북한 핵과 미사일 기지, 장사정포 진지를 먼저 초토화하겠다는 것이다. 한국형 3축체계 중 한국형 미사일방어체계(KAMD)를 제외하고 킬체인과 대량응징보복(KMPR) 작전을 육군이 선도적으로 수행하겠다는 의지로 풀이된다.현무-4는 한미 미사일지침 개정이 최종 타결되면 개발될 탄두 중량 2t 이상의 탄도미사일을 말한다. 탄두 중량 2t이면 미국의 전술핵무기와 맞먹는 위력이기 때문에 '괴물 미사일'로 불린다.육군 관계자는 "미사일 3종 세트로 북한의 240㎜&middot
