As a young girl my biggest fear was assault, and especially sexual assault,” began Krav Maga Federation (KMF) Korea instructor and manager Rachel Goodgion. Formerly a student, Rachel attended Krav Maga classes avidly under head instructor Gideon Roth and lead instructor Gareth Anthony and is now an instructor herself. “Now, I know that wherever I go, I am safe as long as I'm breathing. I'm not afraid to go certain places anymore either. I'm not afraid, and I'm absolutely dying to educate other women about self-defense and bring that confidence back to us all,” Goodgion said. “I want to see women being as powerful as they really are, and most importantly, remind women that they, themselves, are worth defending.”KMF Korea, the only legitimate certified Krav Maga gym in this part of Asia,
