Trans fats 'cause mood swings'

/ Courtesy of Getdistributors Fats used in fast foods and baked goods can affect emotions, a study has found.According to the Journal of Health Psychology, trans fats in such foods cause mood swings. Researchers analyzed and evaluated 5,000 participants’ diets and their emotional states in their study.Those who consumed trans fats showed difficulty with mood control.
