Anger as apartment guards forced to bow to residents

/Screen capture from TwitterPublic resentment over apartment security guards being forced to bow to residents during the morning rush hour is rising.Security guards at the apartment block in Dongnae-gu, Busan, have bowed low to all residents passing through the basement, which is connected to the subway station, since September, following a request from a representative of the block.A resident revealed the case with two images on the Internet Tuesday.“Elderly security guards have bowed low to residents for two months,” the resident wrote. “I heard they started to bow after a representative of my apartment building asked them to greet, claiming ‘why don’t our apartment’s security guards greet us during the morning peak hour?‘“It is abusive to force elderly security guards to bow low to the all the residents.”He said some residents responded to the guard, saying “thank you”.
