Armistice anniversary

Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn awards the Order of Military Merit Taegeuk to British Korean War veteran William Speakman during a ceremony to mark the 62nd anniversary of the armistice and to commemorate the participation of U.N. troops in the 1950-53 Korean War.
