North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Su-yong speaks to the 28th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Tuesday. Ri insisted that the U.N. resolution on North Korea’s human rights should be nullified as it was based on what he claimed was false testimony by a North Korean defector. Ri also said the U.N. should end its “double standard” on human rights problems. / Yonhap
