After fighter-turned-ring girl Song Ga-yeon appeared in XTM’s survival fighting program “Crying Fist” season 3, she was ranked No.1 on the internet hit list.
Her baby face, tree-trunk thighs, and low voice helped her to draw much public attention.
In a recent interview with MMA magazine MFIGHT, Song said, “I appreciate the attention.” Although she first made her debut as a ring girl, she now aims for debut as a ROAD FC pro fighter. She wants to show her deep affection toward MMA.
Song learned judo in high school and is also a trained kick-boxer. After she encountered MMA, she got interested in wrestling. This Team 1 affiliated fighter currently puts full effort on training to pursue an MMA career.
She is expected to be the key to ROAD FC’s popularity.
Song said, “If I play a pro debut match, I would not worry about the issue of a match. I will focus on showing my own potential.”
