The Oakwood Premier Coex Center Seoul has won a regional award at the World Travel Awards 2015. Oakwood Premier Coex was chosen for its “excellence in service,” receiving more than 650,000 votes from travelers. The Grand Hyatt Incheon named Adam Myott its new general manager, Wednesday.
Myott is a veteran hotelier whose career covers more than 20 years. Born in Australia, Myott joined Hyatt in 1993. Before joining Incheon, he served as general manager at the Hyatt Regency Perth in Australia.
Other hotels he worked at include the Park Hyatt Sydney, the Hyatt Regency Coolum, the Hyatt Regency Adelaide, the Hyatt Regency Kinabalu in Malaysia and the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin in Thailand.
“This assignment gives me the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and energetic team to ensure that Grand Hyatt Incheon maintains its reputation as one of the best MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) hotels in the world, developing premium and personalized service with genuine Korean hospitality,” Myott said.
