New OLED plant in Guangzhou
LG Display Vice Chairman Han Sang-beom speaks during a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the construction of the company's new OLED factory in Guangzhou, China, Thursday. The display maker said Friday the Guangzhou factory will focus on producing large-sized OLED panels with an aim of producing 60,000 sheets per month in the initial stage and 90,000 per month by 2021.
