LG promotes Expo bid as BIE delegation visits Korea

LG is doing all it can to support Busan's bid to host the World Expo 2030 at a time the Bureau International des Expositions' (BIE) visit to Korea will continue through to Friday from last Sunday.
LG is presenting ads promoting Busan's intention to host the World Expo 2030 through its digital sign projector at Incheon International Airport, large electronic signs in Seoul Station and Busan Station and large screens displayed at Gimhae International Airport in compliance with the mission's inspection schedule and movements.

It's a move aimed at showing the delegates the Korean people's aspiration to host the World Expo 2030 at every point of their itinerary in the country.
The inspection team, which arrived at Incheon International Airport last Sunday, left for Busan by KTX from Seoul Station Tuesday, and will return to Seoul Friday via Gimhae International Airport after completing its inspection.
LG's ads inside Seoul Station use 10 large electronic boards located on the walls of the station's central area where anyone visiting Seoul Station can see them.

On Monday evening, LG introduced various new technologies, such as its futuristic self-driving car concept model LG Omnipod and Aquarium in Busan made with LG Magnit, LG Electronics' micro LED signage brand, to the BIE delegates who visited Shine at Gwanghwamun, an event in Seoul wishing for Busan's successful Expo bid.
