AIA Life Korea reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the long-term growth of financial service professionals by recognizing outstanding insurance agents at the 2025 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Conference.
At the event, hosted by its subsidiary AIA Premier Partners on Feb. 12, the company presented the AIA MDRT Long-Term Achievement Award to seven insurance agents, called master planners within the company, who have maintained MDRT membership for 10 consecutive years.
The award acknowledges professionals who have built enduring client relationships by consistently providing high-quality financial planning services.
AIA Life Korea emphasized that MDRT membership is a distinction held by only a select group of insurance and financial professionals across 80 nations and territories. In addition to meeting production requirements, MDRT members must demonstrate exceptional industry expertise and uphold strict ethical standards to ensure high-quality service.
The company views MDRT qualification as a key pillar of AIA Premier Partners’ career development strategy for top-tier financial professionals. Last year, AIA Premier Partners successfully nurtured over 230 MDRT members, marking the highest MDRT growth rate within AIA Group.
