Korea third in prostitution spending

Korea spends the most on prostitution per person among countries where prostitution is illegal, the British Metro reports.
Spain, where prostitution is not illegal, tops the list with $372 per head. Next is Switzerland, where the government controls prostitution, with $291. Korea ranks third on $165.
Havocscope, which provides information on global black markets, published the data. It is based on estimated market values from countries where prostitution revenue is available.
Germany ($151) and Japan ($128) ranked fourth and fifth.
Total world prostitution revenue is about $186 billion.
