Miranda Kerr dazzles Korea with push-up bra

/ Courtesy of InsightSupermodel Miranda Kerr turned heads in Korea this week, appearing on a home shopping network as part of a Wonderbra campaign.  The 31-year-old Australian touted the brand on Tuesday when she appeared on shopping channel GS Shop dressed in a purple skirt and a black see-through blouse. Kerr enthusiastically modeled a push-op bra, walking up and down the floor. She even introduced herself as “Miran” to television viewers to appeal to Korean consumers (Koreans’ first names consist of two syllables). The brand’s model the for Korean market, Kerr is reportedly scheduled to meet with fans and partake in photo shoots throughout her visit.

Twenty more Korean foods are 'endangered'

"Don" or Cheongtaejeon tea / Courtey of DaumTwenty Korean traditional dishes have been added to a list of “endangered foods” and more could be headed in the same direction, a report said. According to a local vernacular, Slow Food International added the dishes to its “Ark of Taste,” which lists heritage foods that are being produced in limited quantities and are at the risk of “extinction.” The list now includes 29 South Korean foods, including “don” tea, fish soy sauce and Jeju’s native black cattle and pig. It also includes various Korean fermented beverages and vegetable preserves."The Ark was created to point out the existence of these products, draw attention to the risk of their extinction within a few generations, invite everyone to take action to help protect them," states the Slow Food Foundation on its official website. The project currently lists over 2,000 items from more than 80 nations.Slow Food Korea told Chosun Media that 11 more items are currently being reviewed for inclusion.

North Korea has banned women from wearing pants in public, Radio Free Asia reported Wednesday, citing North Korean sources visiting China.As of September 1, the North Korean government announced a crackdown on local women wearing pants in public. Female university students are most likely to get caught, locals said.A North Korean news outlet dubbed this as “a move to block the yellow breeze from the south.”North Korea reportedly allowed women to wear “non-revealing and neat” pants in public five years ago.However, the country has seen an increase in females wearing jeans, capri pants and even skinny jeans – styles popular in the South.The ban would mean that women working in factories would have to wear skirts when they commute, the report said.

Super Junior's Sung-min to tie knot
