Electricity cut at market

A merchant sells seafood by candlelight at the old building of Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market in Seoul, after the market operator, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, cut water and electricity as some merchants have refused to move to the new building nearby.
