YonhapBy Bahk Eun-jiThe Seoul Lantern Festival kicked off on Nov. 26 to light up the city center with more than 80 paper lanterns over Cheonggye Stream, for a 10-day run through Dec. 5, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Tourism Organization (STO).For the annual event, 83 lanterns, made with mostly paper, are displayed along a 700-meter section of Cheonggye Stream, from the waterfall at the start of the stream down to Jangtong Bridge.
