Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin has humiliated Russian President Vladimir Putin with his aborted rebellion, the Ukrainian presidency said Saturday.
"Prigozhin humiliated Putin/the state and showed that there is no longer a monopoly on violence," Mykhailo Podolyak, an aide to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said on Twitter. (AFP)
