ISIS boy blows up car filled with people

Isa Dare, 4, also known as Jihadi Junior, appears again in alarming footage from ISIS.

The video, presumed to have been filmed in Raqqa, the ISIS de facto capital, is titled “They are the enemy so beware of them.”

Dare stands next to a white car containing four handcuffed men in orange jumpsuits.

The men, accused of spying for the West for money, are forced to confess.

Another young ISIS member appears and states, “We will kill the spies the same way they helped kill our brothers.”

Afterwards, Dare detonates a bomb and the car explodes. The young boy then walks next to the burned remains, yelling, “Allahu Akbar.”

In an earlier video, the boy is seen yelling, “We will kill kuffers (non-believers).”
