Lion shows who's king during mating season

Pieter Meiring, a photographer from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, has captured a dramatic moment in which two male lions aggressively fight to show their masculinity in front of a lioness.
In the video, a lion couple were mating at the Kruger national park in South Africa.
A male lion approached them and attacked the other male.
It seemed like the intruder wanted to compete for the female during the mating season.
The two, of similar size, snarled, attacked fiercely and kicked up dust. The lioness just stared at the fight.
The fight ended with the intruder defeated.
