Tough payback for illegally parked car
Illegal parking is a problem in most countries. However, this footage shows rather severe punishment for an illegally parked car in Russia.
At first a man who sees that another car is blocking his own bashes open the offending vehicle with a baseball bat.
He unlocks a door and pushes the car against a wall.
But this is not the end. He then calls in a truck of silicon and pours silicon through a broken window.
When the silicon covers the car, the man driver drives off honking his horn victoriously.
