Sony hackers 'ready to strike again'

Computer hackers who recently infiltrated the Sony Pictures database and leaked parts of it to the public have warned they are planning a second “Christmas gift.”
Calling themselves “The Guardians of Peace,” the hackers posted the warning on a website, saying the gift would be more substantial and “more interesting” than the November leaks.
“The gift will certainly give you a lot of pleasure and put Sony Pictures into a worse state," the group said, according to CNN.
Speculated to be North Koreans, the hackers previously leaked emails between Sony executives and confidential information regarding celebrities’ compensation and private affairs.
Some believe the computer squad picked the Christmas holiday season because this is when Hollywood film “The Interview” ― reviled by Pyongyang ― is scheduled to open in the United States.
The comedy, starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, has drawn North Korean ire because the plot is about assassinating Kim Jong-un.
