Blackhead extraction video is disgusting and mesmerizing

Dr. Vikram Yadav, a dermatologist in India, is making a name for himself on YouTube by uploading gruesome medical videos that are mesmerizing at the same time.

Yadav’s latest viral video shows him extracting blackheads from a patient’s face. Observers who watch Yadav pop the blackheads ­ and seeing the puss spurt out ­ seem to be split between disgust and vicarious satisfaction.

The video comes after the viral popularity of Yadav’s video in which he removed thousands of squirming maggots from a patients ear.

Yadav uses a special tool to press down on the blackheads. As pressure is applied, the blackheads explode.

“On the nose you can see multiple dark colored spots, when touched they feel like something is protruding,” Yadav says. “Blackheads…are not related to hygiene or food that you eat, yes they have a relationship with smoking.”

The clip has garnered over one million views on YouTube.
