Scientists have discovered a news dinosaur species that that has become the largest-known land animal ever discovered.

Called the Dreadnoughtus schrani, the fossils of the huge beast were Argentina’s southwestern Patagonia by Kenneth Lacovara of Drexel University in Philadelphia in 2005.

The four-legged dinosaur, with a long neck and tail, was 65 tons and 26 meters tall. This means it was bigger than seven bull elephants and heavier than a Boeing 737-900. Moreover, it was confirmed that the heavy animal had not even finished growing when it died about 77 million years ago.

“What we can say with certainty is this is the biggest land animal that we can actually put a number on,” said Lacovara.
