Boy who raped sister after watching porn to return to family
A young boy committed sexual crime against his sister after he watched pornography on an Xbox.

A 12-year-old boy who raped his 7-year-old sister after watching hardcore pornography on an Xbox has walked free from court, the Daily Mail reported Monday.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to rape, two counts of indecent assault and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
The boy said he watched pornography on an Xbox games at a friend's house, had a "desire to try it out" and committed a number of sexual offences against his sister.
At the court, the boy said he was disgusted with what he had done and promised not to commit those offences again.
The boy's sister said she was sad at what her brother had done but she wanted him to come home because she loved him and missed playing games with him.
The boy is currently living away from the family home but social workers are working to return him to the family home soon.
Sentencing the boy at court, District Judge James Prowse said he thought it "highly improbable" the boy would reoffend in this way. He imposed a 12-month referral order and placed the boy on the sex offenders register for two-and-a-half years.
The judge described the boy as unsophisticated and immature and considered the teenager did not represent a danger to society.
