Fearless dog attacks prowling shark

In a two-minute video uploaded on YouTube, a pair of dogs can be seen fearlessly attacking a shark on a shallow Australian beach.

Racking up nearly 200,000 views on the popular video-sharing website, the video has drawn praise and incredulity as well as criticism. Although some viewers pointed out that the dogs were never in danger ­ the shark was benign ­ others have criticized the dogs’ owner for irresponsibility.

“You let the dogs approach the shark while it was completely vulnerable,” a viewer said.
