Pistorius, 26 and a worldwide Olympic star denied his murder charge on shooting his girlfriend Reeva Sttenkamp, 29 and a model, at his house in South Africa.

The prosecutor of South Africa announced the survey of Pistorius, being on suspicion of shooting his girlfriend at the second trial.

The survey describes Pistorius was wearing his artificial legs and fired four bullets towards the bathroom locked inside at his house. Three shots out of four hit Steenkamp’s head.

Pistorius insisted he moved the body right after the shooting and called his friend, saying he mistook his girlfriend for a robber.

The prosecutor, however, insists he is guilty due to the fact that there is no evidence that proves he mistook someone in the bathroom for a robber.

He strongly denied the charge of murdering his girlfriend, asserting he thought his girlfriend was at the bed when the shooting occurred at the bathroom.

On a written statement, he said he felt threatened without wearing his artificial legs.

Also, he said he fired bullets after shouting towards the room to call the police.

He said he realized the situation after opening the door to the bathroom, claiming it wasn’t a premeditated murder.

The court claimed the possibility of premeditated murder cannot be ruled out.

The court says his charge conforms to the Article 6 of the Criminal Procedure Law.

Under Article 6, a suspect can bail when the judge gives highly exceptional permissions.

The court extended one day without addressing whether he can bail. BBC said it is not easy to predict the verdict but easy to see the public is inclined not to be in a favor of Pistorius.

Steenlamp’s funeral was held privately at Port Elizabeth in South Africa on Feb. 19.
