The JS Foundation, established by Manchester United’s Park Ji-sung, announced Thursday that it will host a charity game on May 23.
The event, called “Asian Dream Cup,” will be held in Thailand for children in the country who suffered from the massive flooding last year.
The match will be between a team composed of the host nation’s top footballers and the “Friends of Park Ji-sung.” The game will be held at SCG Stadium at Nontaburi.
“I hope the game gives dreams and hopes to Asian children,” said the 31-year-old Park. “All profits will go into the development of football and to flood victims in Thailand.”
