Air raid drills return after 6 years

A soldier from the ROK Army's chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) unit instructs children on how to wear gas masks at a youth center in Hwacheon, Gangwon Province, Wednesday, during a special evacuation exercise in a border area as part of nationwide civil defense drills.
