Snow fell throughout Friday.

It stopped at around 9 a.m. in Seoul but continued later.

Morning commuters faced slippery roads and traffic slowdown. There were some traffic accidents. The weather was warm throughout the day with the mercury above the freezing zero.

About three centimeters of snow fell, more than forecasters had predicted.
