As the mercury spiked, Seoul's waterfront bustled with “hot-bodied” people in swimsuits showing off their well-toned muscles while riding paddle boards Friday.
Seoul's midday high reached 27 degrees Celsius, as warm as early summer. The warm weather is forecast to continue during the weekend.
