A coffee shop that opened last month with about 1,000 rare action figures has emerged as a popular meeting spot in Mokpo, South Jeolla Province.

Cafe RIS is near Mokpo Bukhang port. Its collection of action figures is the biggest in the province, according to collectors.

Figures include characters from movies, games and cartoons, including Batman, Fantastic Four and Transformer, international celebrities such as Wayne Rooney and Michael Jordan, life-sized Gunmetal Iron Man and miniatures of Batwing (from Batman) and Son Goku from Dragon Ball.
