Moon names Busan's police chief to lead Coast Guard

President Moon Jae-in named the police chief of South Korea's second-largest city, Busan, to lead the Coast Guard, his office said Friday.
Cho Hyun-Bai, commissioner of the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, will replace Park Kyung-min as Coast Guard chief, the office said.
Park is leaving office just 10 months after his appointment. (Yonhap)
