Is Seoul gagging press to prevent bad news?

The Korea Communications Standards Commission (KCSC) is checking for allegedly incorrect or fake reports about Friday's inter-Korean summit.
The commission's monitoring team is focusing on three areas: objectivity, sources and correcting incorrect or false reports.
The KCSC guidelines referred to false reports involving a power blogger nicknamed “Druking,” which drew controversy over alleged online opinion-rigging.
"More than 3,000 reporters are gathered to cover the news, which will be causing a rush in news coverage, and this could lead to something close to fake news," it said in a press release.
In case of false reports, it advises media outlets to correct them as soon as possible.
"Media shouldn't report incorrect news in order to make breaking and exclusive news,” it added.
