Fine dust alert

Seoul is shrouded in fine dust, Tuesday. The ultrafine dust level reached “bad” in most parts of the country, pushing the government to issue alerts and advise people to refrain from outdoor activities. The level is forecast to a high on Wednesday as well, and Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon will ban vehicles of public servants based on license plate number. / Yonhap
