Labor Minister Lee Ki-kwon, left, and other participants in negotiations on reforming the labor market walk out of an office in Seoul early Wednesday after they failed to meet the March 31 deadline for an agreement. Representatives of unions, management and the government failed to narrow their differences on some thorny issues, including increasing labor market flexibility. The tripartite committee members said they will continue their talks to reach an agreement as early as possible. / Yonhap
