Delivery man commits suicide

A delivery man, 25, has killed himself in his home in southern Seoul, according to police.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said the man, surnamed Koo, was found dead Wednesday night with three burnt coal briquettes by his body. Masking tape was used to seal doors and windows, police said.

A family member said Koo came to Seoul a year ago to make money working as a chicken delivery man, but had suffered depression after being unable to adjust to military life in 2011.
