Fine dust

Buildings in downtown Seoul, seen from N Seoul Tower on top of Mt. Nam, are shrouded in dust, Monday. The National Institute of Environmental Research issued a fine dust advisory for people in Seoul and surrounding Gyeonggi Province and advised them to refrain from outdoor activities.
