A fine is to be imposed on people that light up fireworks near the beach without permission from the local government office, according to Yonhap News Agency.

The beach law is to include an article that forbids the usage of fireworks and various activities, along with operating mobile motor toys, installing facilities without permission, and entering the waters outside the designated period of time.

Those who fail to abide by this law will be fined an amount of 100,000 won ($90.39) or less.

In addition, driving an automobile, a motorcycle, or a bicycle in the beach as well as smoking during opening hours will be fined 100,000 won.

Water sports such as banana boat or water skiing will be given a separate space in the water. If trespassed into the swimming spaces, a fine of 500,000 won ($452.30) will be imposed for the first time, and 1,000,000 won ($904.61) for the third time.
