Teenager nabbed for 'grab-and-go' sex harassment, did it because he couldn't sleep

An 18-year-old in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province was arrested this week for sexual harassment after touching women late at night and running away.

Dongducheon police said Wednesday the teenager, surnamed Kim, committed the act over five times earlier this month. The harassment allegedly occurred at around 11 p.m. and most of the victims were working women or female university students.

Kim reportedly said, “I committed the crime because I couldn’t sleep at night” during interrogation.
