Fire in central Seoul

Smoke billows from a hotel under construction in Chungmuro, central Seoul, Thursday. Thirteen people were hospitalized after inhaling smoke, but no one is in critical condition, according to police. The fire is believed to have started in the basement, where welders were working. About 40 fire engines and 140 firefighters were mobilized to put out the fire, which took about an hour. / Yonhap
