Families of the missing passengers from the sunken ferry Sewol witnessed a naked man running inside a gym they were staying in, Segye Ilbo said Thursday.
At around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Lee, 45, disrobed all his garments and went streaking across a hall inside the Jindo indoor gymnasium. The blasphemous sight was added with a curse from his mouth, “I will save all (the missing passengers).”
Lee was stopped by some of the families and volunteer workers in the gym and taken to a local hospital.
Police investigation on Lee revealed he was suffering from a mental disorder. The report said he claimed he was sent down here by God.
