Donald Gregg, center, former U.S. ambassador to South Korea who now chairs the Pacific Century Institute, a non-profit organization, waves upon his arrival at Pyongyang Airport in North Korea, Monday. He visited the communist state with representatives of the U.S. based institute, with the purpose of playing a role as a mediator between Washington and Pyongyang.
