Hanwha Group Chairman Kim Seung-youn lies on a gurney in an ambulance on his way to attend a hearing at the Seoul High Court, Monday. The court upheld a guilty verdict on charges of embezzlement, but reduced his prison term to three years, one year less than the original sentence.
