A rape convict was accused of another rape in kind.

Do you remember the elementary school teacher who had sexual intercourse with one of his students?

He was arrested for statutory rape then.

He said that he and the 13-year-old girl were in love, however the world saw their relationship. Such romanticizing might work once, but never twice.

Another victim has come forward. Her father filed a claim with the Gangneung police in Gangwon Province.

Her daughter had been having sexual intercourse with that teacher, said the father in the claim.

The girl is now 16 years old and the accused was her elementary school teacher a few years ago.

The teacher allegedly approached her the same way he did with the first victim.

He took advantage of their absent caretakers and lack of love in their childhood.

Last December, he was arrested under the law that protects children and youth from sexual crimes.

The law stipulates that sex with minors is unlawful even when it is consensual.

Investigations are underway to determine if he has committed similar crimes.
