Russian man under probe for fatal hit-and-run in Mokpo

A Russian man is being investigated after a hit-and-run incident that killed two Chinese men at Mokpo in South Jeolla Province, Saturday.
According to Mokpo Police Station Sunday, the suspect, 26, was driving without a license when he hit the construction workers in central Mokpo around 5:55 a.m.
The two were dead on arrival at a hospital.
The suspect fled the scene, but gave himself up to police three hours later.
