Teen kills herself in fear of school violence

A high school student has been found dead at Jechon in North Chungcheong Province in an apparent suicide, police said Monday.
According to police, the student, 16, whose identity is being withheld, jumped to her death from the top of a four-story building at around 2:50 p.m. on Sunday.
She recently had an argument with schoolmates and told her parents she was afraid of being bullied in school after the summer vacation, police said.
She told at least one friend that she would commit suicide before the end of the summer vacation, but the friend could not stop her.
