Uzbek killed in motorbike hit and run

An Uzbek worker died after a motorcycle and a car hit him while he was jaywalking in Seoul, police said Sunday.

The car driver stopped, but the motorcyclist did not.

The accident happened near Heukseok Station at around 5 a.m. Saturday, according to Dongjak Police Station.

The motorcycle hit the jaywalker, and then the car also hit him.

Police are checking CCTV footage.
