AMCHAM Set for Annual Picnic
The American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Korea is holding its 2009 picnic at Misari Public Park in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, on Sept. 19.
Special guests at the event will be the organization's President Amy Jackson and her predecessor Tami Overby, who recently relinquished her position to return to the United States after 21 years in the country.
A variety of events and activities will be available on the day, including face-painting and character-costume play.
Tickets for the event cost 50,000 won for adults and 35,000 won for 8- to 18-year-olds. Admission is free for children under the age of 8.
The event is being held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
